“To fuck Swedish girls is my right”

It has been revealed that a Somali male national, known as Hassan, was granted a permanent residence in Sweden despite being convicted of rape and numerous sexual offences since 2010. In his latest attack, he sexually attacked his new victim while he loudly claiming that he had a “right” to “fuck all Swedish girls” without being expelled from Sweden. And now Växjö District Court has given Hassan this right – in the latest judgment, he once again escapes expulsion.

In January of this year, 30-year-old Somalier Hassan sexually attacked a number of female employees at a psychiatric department at Sankt Sigfrids Hospital in Växjö.

He was sentenced to imprisonment for the attempted rape and also sentenced to a series of previous offences of sexual abuse. Nevertheless, he was granted a permanent residence permit and was allowed to stay in Sweden for a lifetime

The attack began when one of the women at the hospital had asked Hassan to be silent and not to disturb other patients when she was dispensing medication early one morning. Instead, the 30-year-old stood close to the woman, joked and threatened her before grabbing her chest.

In connection with the unrest, the Somalis began to pronounce “derogatory words about Swedish women”, according to the judgment.

“Swedish women are just good at one thing,”

He would repeatedly state.

Hassan then began to pull down his pants for the woman every time she passed him after the event. He would laugh and repeat the same action towards the other female members in the staff, and when he did, he exclaimed: “Hassan celebration!”

Another woman told the police that she was subjected to the same type of abuse during the same day. Hassan was “belted” and constantly monitored.

“He said I was not worth anything as a woman, that he would fuck all Swedish girls and that it was his God-given right,” she says.

He then allegedly began touching his penis, began to masturbate in front of the woman and ordered her to “sit down” on him.

After a while, a woman chose to call for help and two male colleagues came. Hassan had already put his penis back inside the pants. They decided to move Hassan’s hands and attach them to the side of the bed instead. As they continued with tensions, Hassan tried to touch the woman in her face, but she quickly pulled her face away from him. He even broke a water dispenser and punched a male member of the staff in his face, according to new evidence by Vxonews.

This was not the first time the Somalian national had committed sexual offences in Sweden. On February 12, 2010, Hassan attempted to rape an elderly woman at the University Hospital in Örebro, outside the hospital’s p-entrance.

During the violent attack, the Somalian threw himself on top of the 58-year-old woman, tried repeatedly to tear her pants off and began to masturbate on her body, according to a report by Aftonbladet.

In March, the same year, Hassan was sentenced to one and a half years imprisonment by the Örebro District Court for attempted rape.

According to the judgment, after serving his prison sentence, he was to be prohibited from returning to Sweden for five years, wrote Nerikes Allehanda.

The next year, on August 31, 2011, Hassan was again sentenced to four months in prison for four cases of sexual abuse, committed during the period between 5 April 2011 and 29 July 2011.

However, the decision to expel Hassan was suspended in a judgment on May 23, 2012 and in a shocking decision, instead of being sent home, the convicted rapist and repeat sexual offender was granted a permanent residence permit in Sweden.

General documents show that Hassan is still a citizen of Somalia and in need of an Interpreter in Somali – despite being in Sweden for many years.

Recently, the verdict against the Somalier in Växjö District Court was announced for his crimes committed in the hospital. Hassan is convicted of two cases of sexual abuse, rape and violence against the official.

The sentence was merely probation and the prosecutor never claimed expulsion.
